Safety is practiced there and anything we need for the trucks we can usually get , great place to work . Pay & benefits The benefits are extremely expensive, but the salary is very satisfactory. Job security and advancement There is no job security. Your job security is based on your friendships with management. Overall My experience working at Caesarstone was awful. Leadership is poor, the workload is excessive, the team members are rude. It is a very toxic environment that will leave you extremely stressed. The benefits are poor. The only good thing about the company is the salary.
