Work life balance, not stuck at a desk all day. No weekends

Low pay, hard work. Capped commissions. They always want more more more. If you lose a customer, it affects your pay. Most expensive vendor out there. Losing a bunch of customers to Aramark and Uline. Management stressed you out to the point of a mental break down. Not worth your mental, emotional or physical health. They say and act like they’re the best of the best, but they have big heads and need to realize that they’re quickly getting trampled on by other companies who are coming up.

Big Corporation vibes. Drug testing for pretty much all positions outside of production if you drive company vehicle or on company car package (sales, most managers). 401K is not a set match like most other companies. Pay could be better for some positions. Lower level jobs are not glamorous.
