Amazing Company - sad to see it go
|
|
CTI was an amazing company to work for and while acquisition was in its best business interest, it was sad to leave probably the best group I've ever worked with. It also showed that a fully remote company CAN succeed well in this day and age!
|
The only con is that it was acquired and lost the magic it had as an independent company.

Some dept. are too understaffed and some are too over staffed.

The CEO is too self-interested and self-entitled, instead of considering all employees. He just cares about the people who surround him and say the things he wants to hear
