The pay is like we are living back in the 90s and when you do get a pay raise it ain’t even worth the wait Customers are rude and theft is very high. Save yourself the headache unless you desperately need a job go somewhere else.

Pay is not a livable wage. Assistant managers are only paid $1 more than associates with the added responsibilities of dealing with the stores cash, returns, layaways etc. Work/life balance, schedules can change at any moment to accommodate employees who just don’t want to work on particular days or holidays. Our store had additional dress code policies written in which no one agreed was acceptable.

This could be a good place to work if the pay wasn’t so low. Dress code shouldn’t be so strict. It’s a street wear store. Management shouldn’t engage in gossip about other employees . Hearing the complaining when employees requested off was draining and made me feel uncomfortable about requesting off. Management should also make sure everyone is getting their 15 minute breaks. It’s the law.
