Good PTO, Decent Pay, Standard banking hours and holidays off.

The training lacks in all aspects. Everyone does everything differently and it is VERY CLIQUEY. When reaching out to resources, you get attitude for asking questions you don't know the answers to because you were not shown during your 1 week of training. Then you get scolded when something isnt done right unbeknownst to you. This company is nothing but PRODUCT PUSHERS and can swear up and down they do things for the benefit of their client, but in reality, all they care about is sales and deposits. Even if it does not benefit their client. They shove products down clients throats until they give in and say yes. and if you dont meet your goals, it is the biggest issue ever even if you try everything under the sun to do so. Their incentive plan is non existent compared to other banks, literally $25 dollars for a 250k business loan. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to work at nor to do banking with.
