Zero teamwork, horrible culture which shows in the productivity and atmosphere. As CSR for 4 years you constantly hear what you did wrong or new responsibilities pushed down the ladder from corporate more than the help for the work you do to keep/build new businesses. A lot of favoritism with zero room for new innovative ways of handling/completing tasks. You can tell management training is not a requirement for how their “higher” people Treat their workers or problem resolve. Training is completed by asking several people what to do and hope they are right. It’s a sweat shop that cares little about their employees and the pay does not match the amount of work, stress and verbal abuse that takes place. The people at the bottom of the totem pole definitely feel the burden of hard labor and are verbally thrashed if not completed in a timely fashion. There is no team spirit nor team effort put behind the work management cares not if your in a safe work environment especially since the covid pandemic. The building is nasty no real break room the production team suffers the most. No ventilation and poor air quality DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!
