On my team, except for 3 long-term employees, nobody else stays due to the high stress and long hours required to do the job. Deeply troubled company.

I had a positive experience throughout my internship. I worked with a good, but small team. I had a lot of exposure to different department in my cross functional work. The position was mostly virtual, however, the company adapted well to the changing workforce. My mentor also offered me insightful feedback during my performance review which I appreciated.
