I am quiet, happy, hard working, and my personality just flows. They show respect and care about a healthy life-work balance, as well as input at Staff Meetings and 1:1 meetings. This was an interim position for me with the hope of possibly finding something permanent there, but I found something elsewhere in the meantime so it all worked out well and I had a great experience from beginning to end working with everyone, especially the excellent Exexcutive Administrative Staff, at Dermira.
