Fun staff & very simple work
|
I have been working at Del Frisco's Grille for approximately four months now. So far it has been a fun experience with great staff that wants to see you succeed. They will provide you with the proper tools and extensive training to ensure you succeed. Highly recommend this restaurant for part-time college students.

Del friscos was my first restaurant job and i will say i have learned so much while i was there. I enjoyed my co workers it was less stressful when everyone was on the same page we all came together and worked as a team. We have had mangers and chefs come and go but all were good to work with and some nice to talk too. One of the best jobs ive had. They try to show there workers the appreciate they have by having little get togethers and games for us to earn things.

The worst run restaurant to work at. No benefits anymore, garbage pay, horrible culture. Look elsewhere for employment! The good news is, if you sleep with the executive chef here you can do anything!
