Things are so very picky about the little things. Everyone has there hands in everything no matter what your title is. Rotation of staff is crazy. Your expected to perform from day one with little to no training and no learning curve. Controller - Micromanages and very picky, which stresses the staff out. Very inexperienced at the role. Makes the process hard and complicated when they are not. CFO/ VP- Clueless and makes changes without realizing how it affects the staff who is actually doing the work.
