This company has a lot to offer. There’s a ton of internal drama. There are literally entire organizations of people that are like parasites to the sales teams’ successes with absolutely nothing to offer. The “CSAM” organization is lead by a thug who lacks actual experience to help us get to the next level. All he knows how to do is run salesforce reports and tell lies. His politicking has served him well and he’s fooled many people which gives me major doubts in the intelligence of our executive leaders. Anyone with two brain cells can see through this. He manages to direct an entire organization to steal from the company and at this point I’m simply exhausted from fighting it. You win. Let corruption lead. Dismiss what our customers actually need. Go ahead - blame the sales team. Everyone who is great has already left or is actively job searching.
