Employee morale is a concern. Some team members seem to latch on to the pre-pandemic timeframe when the company was thriving from Covid headwind and stock prices were elevated. There's a disconnect between employee expectations and the current business realities. We need to realign perspectives - high performance from each individual is vital for driving company growth, which in turn will create opportunities and rewards for everyone. It's a two-way street - the company can deliver more when we collectively raise our game.

There’s a ton of internal drama. There are literally entire organizations of people that are like parasites to the sales teams’ successes with absolutely nothing to offer. The “CSAM” organization is lead by a thug who lacks actual experience to help us get to the next level. All he knows how to do is run salesforce reports and tell lies. His politicking has served him well and he’s fooled many people which gives me major doubts in the intelligence of our executive leaders. Anyone with two brain cells can see through this. He manages to direct an entire organization to steal from the company and at this point I’m simply exhausted from fighting it.
You win. Let corruption lead. Dismiss what our customers actually need. Go ahead - blame the sales team. Everyone who is great has already left or is actively job searching. HR is failing us.

Open your eyes and know that you have Littlefinger on your payroll. He wants to be in charge even if what is left are the charred ashes of a company that used to be great.
