Colleagues outside of senior leadership are fantastic. Lots of really smart people doing great work the best that they can with extremely limited time, people and budgetary resources.
|
Extremely poor leadership (CEO is the absolute worst), poor customer service, impossible targets, rapidly decreasing benefits, cutthroat business practices and bi-annual layoffs make for a pretty unpleasant work environment. Employees live in constant fear of being eliminated and/or the company itself going belly-up.
