The company has changed for the better under the new CEO but there is still a lot of work he needs to do to remedy the culture - lots of outdated systems and not everyone is open to change. Also, inconsistency on policies - favoritisms exists. Several employees know each other from previous jobs in the Biotech/ Pharmaceutical space and seem to get along very well (at least in the Research Division- Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Writing, etc..). Most employees seem established in their career path and are content with finding a corporate culture that is not like most big pharmaceutical companies.
