Stay away, management does not tell the truth at interview

Insurance is way to high, better off buying your own.
Training is poor. Management expects you to learn an entirely new program Prohit 21 in just 2 days. They do not care for those who have Disabilities and fall under ADA. Training is done by branch Manager only while he is distracted by his phone and mechanics, so Training was much slower.
You can get same pay and better insurance Training and atmosphere at a better place.

My days were boring. I learned how to use Citrix, which is ancient technology. Workplace had some cool people, but management changed every few months so nothing stayed the same. The hardest part of the job was staying awake and the most enjoyable part was clocking out.

Management is great with everyone and is understanding.
Culture in the office is quiet but friendly.
The hardest part is making sure you can make the customer happy.

Very difficult work but paid well.

Hardest part is working in the field during the summer months. Management is the best part, Mine anyways. Best guy I've ever worked for. Get along well with co-workers. They are a great bunch of hard working men and women.
