Most of the Mechanics and Pilots I work with on a day to day basis are great. Management seems to have no plan as to what comes next. They have come to conclusion that veteran pilots are expendable and easily replaceable. They have changed they pay structure three times in the last year and it makes it very hard to want to stay at this company for the long term. Get to fly cool aircraft doing cool things.
