CEO wears all hats.

1) If you're all about the happy hours, snacks, and Thursday lunches then this is the place for you. 2) They pay well.
|
1) I'm not sure why there's a leadership team, because the CEO doesn't leverage them. He wears all the hats. He's not very nice and he likes to hear himself talk. 2)The wrong people get promoted...time and time again. Don't work your butt off here, because it doesn't pay off.

Should be a great company. Good technology. Salary generous. Some really good experiences. Learned alot.

Not alot of trust, and I had to be very careful what I said to others or HR because I knew it would get to the wrong people. Bullying was tolerated if it got the work done. Not alot of team effort.

Lots of changeovers, limited communication from leadership, HR department that seems not to care or is disorganized, IT department that seems to be making getting actual work accomplished harder due to using offsite helplines and contractors instead of on-site knowledgeable personnel.

Lots of secret meetings within the company that information does not always get communicated down the ladder for go or no-go decision (not much transparency), always have aggressive timelines but data is not reviewed until months later, change of priorities is not communicated down the ladder as well.
