For the first week or so everything was fine, until I had to start actually training for my job. The people that were picked to train me were terrible. They had no idea what they were doing and they didn't want to help me at all. My direct manager was useless and didn't even know how to do my job. It’s all a political game and played by favoritism. For what it was it was really great. The culture wasn't what I would want for a full time position...most of my coworkers were much older and I sat alone most of the time. This being said, my managers were incredibly patient and helpful.
