You get calls based on how many sales closed, if you fumble enough times, you won't get any calls; tanking your numbers.

Low commission, overly complex process, unnecessary long phone calls, poor management. This is not a place for agents who have experience in Medicare, this is a place for those who are thinking about getting into Medicare and needs their license paid off. Typically an enrollment that is considered compliant by Medicare will take 40 mins to 1 hr, with this company that can take 2 and sometimes 3 hours, the reason being is that they add another layer of compliance on top of what CMS requires, and if you go one single word out of their script/compliance they take a percentage of your commission. Working at this company is a psychologic torture. After I left I signed up with Centerfield, not only they pay more than double in commissions but they do not have added compliance, which means that the only compliance you have commit to is CMS, that means that your calls are a lot shorter, and you can have a normal conversation with your customer without the company taking a percentage of your commission. My suggestion to you that have experience in Medicare is come to Centerfield.

Poor leadership, No concerns for the piece of mind or the work-life balance of employees. After AEP they will no longer have any need for you And they will re-create the metrics. The Leads are calling based on deceptive marketing and we are expected to lie and mislead others. I was extremely stressed out and I would not hope this on my worse enemy.
