Union, 6am to 2:30pm, can come in early for work for overtime, can come in on Saturdays at your leisure, no mandatory overtime, if you do your job people leave you alone,
|
The pto is trash. You work when they want you to work. After the first year you only get one week off a year. After 5 years you get 8 Days Off a year!!!!!! After 10 years you get 10 DAYS OFF A YEAR!!!!!!! Trash pto. I'm only working here till I find something better.

No ageism.

It is a chaotic, political environment. The job description is never made available officially. The job title can be altered without notice. One may realize her/his job title has changed a while ago. It was apparently expected to do soldering by however never told until the annual review. No employee safety or emergency training. Hard or impossible to get or locate training records. When given feedback about thetraining issue, the manager has not received it well.
