Formerly Systron Donner, it WAS a great place to work. Since Emcore took over, it’s just a stressful daily micromanaged grind. CEO and general manager don’t allow you to do your job w/o interference, nit picking, and condescending rhetoric. All goals are stretch goals that can rarely, if at all, be met. Director of Mfg. will throw anyone under the bus. You don’t want to work here
