Flexible to come in late or leave early for appointments. Most of the work is waiting for sales people to get you the copy/spots you need for commercials. Corporate has little to do with Radio Sales department unless you are a manager. No real pay increase structure, however you can receive tickets to events if there are any not claimed as prizes. It's last minute, but nice at times. Health Insurance is pretty decent, discounted parking in a garage downtown that can be used for events even if you aren't working.
