Corporate has no knowledge on how a fab. Shop works. Everyone that talked me into taking the job there, are no longer there. They have gone through 5 or 6 operations managers. The problem isn’t them or the workers on the floor. It’s the guys running corporate. This site needs fixed. Mark Hess is no longer there. CEO is Bill.

When I joined in early November 2021 the company was just starting up its third fabrication shop, so everything was a bit un-organized in the shop, and with management as-well.
