Administration upheld her behavior and so did corporate. All I Wanted Was My Daily Pay. Not 4 Days When You Get Timme As You So Rudely Stated. Administration, corporate, physical Therapy . Treat Nurses Horribly. Constantly questioning our nursing care. Constantly 2 nd questioning Nursing . Why? We don’t question if training resident correctly. Turn over high because no accountability, staff going at all times after their started. No Accountability. Dr. Angry if you reach out to him about changes in pt conditions after 5pm . Nursing is 24 hours a day. Stop giving agencies pts hard halls .fulltime staff should work Medicare halls not contractors nursing consistentiy helps resident. Use your prn staff . Ensign has several facilities and any staff can float between Ensign Facilities Staff Coordinators Should Be Nurses. Bipartisan and use staff not based on favoritism. Lots of options when it comes to medical benefits, open door policy. Management can be passive aggressive. Management tends to gaslight when what you feel doesn’t align with what they were told by others. Your experience doesn’t really matter. CAPLICO sounds nice but it’s not reality. I have yet to see the customer being second. Medical benefits (out of pocket costs) and 401k matching are terrible. PTO accrual rate is abysmal. Some tenured office personnel are rude for no reason.
