Chaos due to bad Supervisors and couple bad seeds

Lots of self-directed work with little management involvement. Best health insurance I've had, even better than the large company I worked for previously.

Way too much work for the staff to handle. No one works as a team. Left to sink and management only steps up when it is too late. Never proactive, only reactive. Adjusters allowed to direct all calls to voicemail and only make outbound calls (not the Above ALL in Service that they claim to be). Extremely low paying even if the workload were manageable. No advancement opportunities, all hiring has been outside.

Needs to hold all staff to same standard. Address problems by listening to the people that are reporting the issues. Whether it is insured, claimant, or entry level staff. Need more staffing or slow sales team. Promote team atmosphere so different teams work together.

If you get into the right department the work is pretty easy going

Management. Executives are a bunch of dinosaurs that are entirely disconnected from the real world and can't see past their own agendas to realize how badly they are destroying the "culture" they almost daily tell you is "so important"
Pay is terrible. They claim they pay market average which is true if you sit in the same role for 8 years getting a miserable 2.5% raise each year.
