Lot of unwanted roles and people. For a fully remote company with no development activities, they have a development group, who are basically making lot of money doing nothing. Some groups are really good. I liked the QM and QC groups, bunch of friendly folks. They micromanage is to death and claim we have a great culture. They give the street a $50,000,000 goal and penalize the reps for not reaching it during a pandemic.Pay & benefitsThey threaten us with performance letters, will not let anyone speak the word pandemic and upped the goal from $40 to $50 million. As a result, they are tracking everything because we are no where near the goal and blaming lower managers and reps for not performing. Culture of fear and intimidation stay awayJob security and advancementBeware of the interview process because they promise you the world and then do not come through on any of their promises.ManagementManagement lives in a bubble and they don’t have a clue about the day to day struggles the sales people are going through.CultureCulture of fear and intimidationOverallThis company had such promise.
