My boss and my team were fantastic. The offices were just remodeled and are nice

The last round of layoffs cut staffing levels to rediculous. Not enough people to do the job. The culture in many departments is toxic and people are getting burned out. The TV shopping industry is dying and this company will go with it.

I work P.t. and I have ALOT of health issues. This is the ONLY company that hasn't looked for the first reason, like a few hospital stays to fire me. They've been incredibly flexible about that and shows that not all employees are just numbers.

They Hired me for strictly sales and made it perfectly clear any other calls would be handled by the Customer service Department. I didn't train to do C.S. and they have tools I don't. I have no interest in learning C.S. and they seem to be wanting to push me into it.

Off on Sundays most of the year.

To many chiefs & not enough Indians. Have Way to many people in a supervisor role. They will work people 4 to 6 hours through the week and then make them work Saturdays for straight time. Everyone works hard bit management, i.t , and maintenance. They have it made.

After said Layoffs, MGMT expects remaining staff to work harder for no incentive (no wage increase for 2 years for some while the CEO gave himself a 37% pay increase)
Company is equivalent to an abusive relationship.
