No pros and I can bet on it

1. Office infra is too old, doesn't give you vibe to work of you're coming from a good MNC company.
2. Management will never interact with you regarding what work is coming in future and how you should be prepared and suddenly you will be assigned to any new technology. Though you put efforts but the team you will work may not support you if you're new to the team/company.
3. All Oria and Marathi people are filled and they have grouping. Marathi group won't even speak to you in Hindi and will always bully you behind your back.
4. No cafeteria and asking to come to office 2-3 days in a week.
5. Layoff people without reason and not paying sufficient to survive.
6. HRs will commit you on joining that you have a good job security but later they will change their word.
7. Many old people who are doing some nonsense work are well settled there and can't be fired but new people can be.
8. Whatever your experience and skill set doesn't matter to company, they want you to work on something different and you will ultimately loose your skills and thats not worth at all for this company.

Forcing me to change my profile from development or development team-lead to scrum master. Scrum master role has different thought process, it needs proper training. SM role gets little chance of development as it has lot of other activities to be done. I was willing to work as development team lead. They did not say that for survival in job SM is mandatory. Then they fired me.
