Thankful but still needs improvement as a company
|
I was with the company since January 2020 and two months after training, the pandemic hit and thought I was going to lose my job. But then, they were generous enough to suspend work for a month but ensure that we still get paid. After months working on site during the pandemic, they allowed us to work from home instead of staying in hotels/motels for accommodation.
4 years after, I realized that the work is no longer worth the pay. During these 4 years, never did I received recognition for my tenure (No plaque, no jacket, no mugs or tumblers, no GCs, etc), never had a legit increase in salary (salary increase was always below ₱1k), never experienced YE parties, christmas packages always come late.
And promotion doesn't come to those who are working from home. If you want to be promoted, YOU WORK ON SITE. PERIOD.

Good benefits and can make good money. Not worth it. The leadership and review teams are throughly incompetent. The worst group of premium audit I have ever been a part of.

Good company, just poor management.
Hardest part is, they tell you, ypu have unlimited support on the floor but in actual fact you have to basically beg some of the leaders to asist.
