- the admin team is fantastic, they follow up religiously to make sure agents are paid, and they communicate with the agents clearly to submit the necessary correct paperwork
- the sales managers/mentors are unbelievably helpful and encouraging. They are quick to respond to all questions and concerns.
- the commission split is very fare and there are plenty of incentives to succeed
