Layoffs occurred less than one week after we attended a mandatory meeting so we could hear about how great the company was doing. Extreme is a great place to work if you like being laid off, but not so much if you like getting a severance that isn't horrible.

People seem nice but there wasn’t much real team culture as everyone only cared about their own position and looking good for upper management. They will talk behind and stab you in the back for their own sake. Lots of politics, favoritism and fakeness. Some of the toxic people left for Juniper so maybe it’s better now. This job finally drove me out of hi tech corporations after almost 3 decades.

Nothing. A total grind. The place is a terrible place to work. Aerohive running the show and they were almost bankrupt before Extreme boight them.
