You get to work for a treat mission and cause of helping blind people access their world in a visual way again.

Was run by senior leadership who knew very little about the actual needs of blind people and were very resistant to changing their ignorance, even from subject matter experts. In addition upon leaving the company, they refused a friend of mine over 20k in travel reimbursement and he's having to pursue legal action.
