10-15 years ago, this was a great little upstart investment bank; however the company barely scraped through the financial crisis and hasn't really recovered. The company is currently tetering on the edge, as the traditional 144A product has fallen way out of favor and larger, better managed companies are stepping down to the middle market arena.
