My manager was wonderful to work with, the people are fun and the flexible schedule is nice. The only downfall is I took a pay cut to go from Origination to a role in IT. | 0.0 | 0.0 | 4.0 | 4.0 | 4.0 | 3.0 | 2.0 | 5.0 | Jan 13th, 2021 06:55AM | Mar 19th, 2021 11:00PM | First Capital | Banks | ||||

When I started we had 15 employees and grew to have over 150 when I left. I did everything from management, compliance, analysis, procedure writing, testing, to business architecture. I really loved the work and people there, but was at a point my life where it was time to try something different before our children got any old and would no longer want to leave. An opportunity arose, so I grabbed it and we moved to Omaha, NE. | Flexible schedule, salary and benefits, people, analysis, testing, but most of all the business architect role. | Inability to work from home. | 0.0 | 0.0 | 5.0 | 5.0 | 4.0 | 4.0 | 5.0 | 4.0 | Jan 13th, 2021 06:55AM | Mar 19th, 2021 11:06PM | First Capital | Banks |
