Awesome culture but slow to change in some respects

Great work culture. Talented people who want to see you succeed, are human first, etc. Compensation is okay, they need to do better with retainment. Slow to change in that some behavioral or technical problems related to best practices have no been improved in the few years I've been here.

At the time I was part of a 4 man team, in charge of developing a ML model for F5. It was a small team supervised by 2 other employees, they were all very kind, and the project ended up very successful. It is a great place to work at.
