Company has lost its way. No new products in a decade. Leadership does not understand the technology. Reminds me of the environment at Boeing that led to the 737 MAX problem. They don’t get out in front of the customers enough. Many lazy managers.

Horrible place to work
|
This company has unreasonable expectations and pay very poorly. They have decent benefits, PTO, and free oatmeal in the mornings though. I can't think of anything else good to say. Culture isn't good, most people don't like new people. It upsets the herd. With me anyway. Unfriendly, and I get looked at as if I'm a stain on the carpet. Disrespected, harassed on many different levels by others, including those in authority positions. Not a great place to start or finish a career. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN WELL BEING!

Decent wage and Understanding/helpful boss

A decent place to work. Work is repetitive and multi-tasking running around every minute can be a bit of a pain while doing other work.
Overall a great place to work and while there is some variability between different departments, mine is wonderful, understanding and always gives time off for family.

A good place to work if you are family or friends of the Management
|
Worked there for over 10 years and all I saw the las 5 yers was a Upper Management bent on self promotion and glory while promoting and hiring all their friends and relatives while the hard working employees were neglected and punished but the family and friends were allowed to do as they pleaded with impunity! They let go of good people for the same offense that others have committed so it’s not what you know but who you know. What a shame because it used to be a good company who cared about their employees, I would stay clear of this place unless they replace upper management with Managers who teach and coach not Managers who want all the accolades and attention.

Never leaves message or emails after calls
|
Called me 5 times, I couldn't answer cuz I'm always busy. They never left a message or an email saying what they're up to. I call back and it's always an auto generated voice saying that they're not available atm. Literally how are you guys not available when you have people working day shifts and afternoon shifts. Terrible company. Like common, it's 2021 leave a message or write an email instead of just calling 5 times and not doing anything afterwards. One star
