Toxic culture and poor benefit Really can't think of any Culture took a downturn after the company's revenue peaked during the COVID years. The management team is pursuing unrealistic goals, transferring the high pressure directly onto their teams without addressing resource shortages or acknowledging burnout. Some leaders, being workaholics, expect employees to work every weekend during the holiday season and respond to emails 24/7, showing no respect for personal time and failing to maintain professional boundaries.
