Smaller size means everyone knows each other. Environment was very friendly and supportive, every person was always happy to help and share their experiences. Even leadership higher-ups made a point to interact with interns and share their knowledge and journeys. Mission-driven and genuine care for what they do for patients, volunteering highly encouraged. Recent success very inspiring, and highlighted company-wide communication and collaboration.

Document management was not ideal, but they're working on improving it. Employees are swamped with meetings and regularly have to complete work outside of normal working hours.
