Good place to be productive!

Cool place to work, people are friendly. Majority of workers are of Asian decent. management is cool. If your looking for extra money, come work at Formfactor they allow lots of OT. If your looking for career and growth, keep looking. This is temp to hire approx 1 year wait until perm. I’m a Tech level 3 took me 4 years to get 20$ hour started at Tech level 2 18$ hour. My goal is to make 30$ an hour being somewhere in management. I’ll report back if it happens.

Great job to work at for beginner job seekers. It has amazing work experience if you’re trying to be in this field. They do not pay as well but you can transfer to other jobs in this field and get paid more.

Horrible management, terrible culture. Don't let their good PR people fool you with their flashy videos and soundbites. While some of the Beaverton management is great, the upper California management treats people very poorly and see them no better than robots, completely replaceable and don't want them to think or have opinions. Opinions get you beaten down.

The enviroment is cleanroom,typical day at work,learned to operate metrology machine for testing.There were some saftey issue need to learn when operating the machine if not will damage the machine.
The hardest part of job is you need to meet he shipping date deadline.If not your delay will impact the weelky schedule shipment to customer.
