Reorgs on top of reorgs and then layoffs on layoffs with teeny, tiny "packages" for those laid off - way below media or tech industry standards. Leadership is exactly what you'd expect from a company with Fox's reputation. Old, white, men and a couple of token white and Asian women. Initiatives are pushed from executive leadership down with no strategy. Product managers & project managers are essentially treated like assistants or coordinators with little ability to actually do the job. Nothing ever seems to get delivered and most projects get scrapped after blowing millions of dollars. Certain departments are very isolated. - Hostility and belittling are very prevalent. - No additional pay on holidays. Expected to work weird hours and weekends (the norm in sports). - Raises aren't based on merit.
