Easy work that's it
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Managers chose favorites when that happens the employee can harass other employees. That same employee can say they are going to shoot up the building and managers did nothing about it.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful also worried about getting yelled at

If you value your mental health and personal life. Stay away from this place. Worst of the worst management team. No communication. Production managers has NO people skills. In production, you'll be force to work mandatory OT or they will threat to write you up. The management teams here are clowns and don't know how to manage anything. Always shifting blames and quick to point fingers at other people and department for their own mistakes and problems.

Easy job, bad management, to much preference, bad pay, bad pay, old ladies like gossip a lot

Itâs and really easy job, you learn fast, thereâs nice people that help you. There a lot of preference, you canât even trust your supervisor sometimes, all the leads that are women are so rude, and they treat people bad, thatâs why people quit, just because they have a higher position they think that they can be like that

I enjoy working at fox because I love my job. But working hard doesn't always pay off in the end. I have learned a lot about there shop practices some good and some not very practical. But truly a great place to start.

I enjoyed working at Fox considering it was fairly new to GA. Management was novice and had their favorites. Assigned schedules changed constantly & it was hard to adjust if you had a family. Starting pay sucked & could be way better but it’s a great place for anyone who needs income ..
