Started off wonderful, ended in disappointment

Started off with a great boss, an amazing team, super location. Beautiful new multi-level building with a campus including cafe/restaurant, large open area, bay walking trails and plenty of parking. Just over the freeway is downtown SSF.
|
Dysfunctional leadership, some very toxic hires at the VP level later in the growth. Not a clear vision if the drug worked, pipeline. Communication not clear. Campus always windy, no ability to sit or work outside.

The company was great until it grew. Fast growth is great if you have the right talent. I believe it was a "take anyone" mentality that lead to a toxic expanded team. Perhaps growing slower with good hires would be a better strategy next time.
