Workplace culture is great but depends on the team you land. My Team had lot's of changes with respect to Leadership and Managers. I would say they are still figuring out what to do with th team's future.

Def a grind but good collaboration. Leadership and standards seemed to face a lot of change which made efforts difficult to a degree. But also is a place that can be an example of effort not translating into results. The work life balance seemed decent but once you hit bump in the road - its met with a lit micro management and do it one way or the highway. If that didn't work it would be met with additional micromanagement and lectures vs guidance.

There is no con as such. Depends on the team you work in. Free cab. Free food. Fair wage. Shift allowance increases every year. Some managers are really good whereas some are toxic.

BDR department is a mess and won’t turn around until there’s a new leader in place in North America.
30% average attainment so you’ll make well below your OTE
WFH isn’t attainable so you’ll be at the office all day every day, while every other sales department is in three days per week
If you don’t stay six months, you’ll have to pay back any commission you earned during those six months. With the turnover rate of reps, it’s highly likely you’ll want to leave or you’ll be fired before six months.
There are so many better options out there for bdr roles in denver

Unorganized & Changing Direction Frequently

My Experience at Freshworks was awful. I had great team members and terrible management. The leaders kept changing direction every month or two and it made it very challenging to know what we were supposed to be doing. Taking initiative was looked down on. They would have town hall meetings and tell us a bunch of BS, that never happened or was flat out lies. The management changed frequently due to the unrealistic pressure put on them and it trickled down. New managers did not take time to find the value in the team they had and let people go that were performing and those people were told they were being let go because they were not performing, so they didn't have to pay any severance. It was a terrible culture, one of crushing people and no support or caring. I highly recommend to shy away from considering Freshworks as a potential employer.

I had a fantastic experience at Freshworks and would gladly give them 5 stars across the board. A typical day at work was engaging and collaborative. I learned valuable skills and enjoyed the supportive management. The workplace culture is vibrant and inclusive. The most challenging aspect was managing a heavy workload, but the team support made it manageable. The most enjoyable part was witnessing the positive impact our products had on customers. Decent place to work at

I would say it was a fantastic place to work till 2021 till some changes started happening at the top which led to a downfall of business in India from sales/presales perspective. The work is always fast paced and you are always on your toes. The learning is great because one gets to learn a lot many products in the SaaS space.
Management of Apac is below par. The leadership is autocratic and doesn't listen to what an employee has to contribute and as expected there is favoritism. Too much stress given to those being targeted and managers blaming their subordinates for everything that goes wrong. They are spineless and don't support employees in times of need.
Most enjoyable part of the job - having to work on multiple products , learn new stuff everyday and getting to talk to a variety of customers from different industry verticals.
