Five Star offers a fairly competitive compensation structure
|
Five Star struggles to place talented individuals in appropriate roles. There are a number of employees who have been given titles or positions simply based on their tenure with the company, not their skillset. There are numerous single points of failure within the organization and very high risk as a result. Five Star's technology is dangerously behind compared to the rest of the banking industry, and I do not believe that they will exist in the next 5 to 10 years.

Five Star Bank has cheaper out on technology for decades, and has finally come to the point where they are so far behind the rest of the industry that they have no choice but to pour money into their tech space. They have brought on new senior management that is clueless to how a community bank functions and completely disregards any risk or regulatory ethics. This bank will surely fail in no time.
