Don’t follow their own policies, unfair treatment of staff. Sexual harassment goes unpunished. Low pay for the work expected. No clear communication between locations, spread very thin. No recognition from some leaders. President in Atlanta is very closed minded when it comes to particular groups of people. Lots of favoritism and pro white male in leadership.

Assign two Property Accountants to each property who handle AP/AR and GL journal entries and transfers. Having so many people doing what one or two people could do may prevent errors.
