Foster Toxic None at all, toxic environment Penny-pinching UK management expect too much from under-resourced and over-stretched teams, key people are leaving and not being replaced. Promotions and pay rises are only available to the old boys' club which makes up most of the middle-management tier. Unrealistic forecasts are fed back to the US and no recognition is given to the staff on the ground who bend over backwards to try and achieve them.
