Expectations are always do more than 100% of your work, no excuses (FYI, there is no 'done' working). Most people are fine personality wise and I've met some great people, though you have to weed through the weirdos and 'senior' members. Yes, seniority is enforced, so good luck getting any holidays/weekends off and decent hours. Company changes it's mind and processes constantly, there is no solid work flow, workarounds for everything. Unless you can keep your head down and just work, you'll be fine. Since I retired from Frontier the pandemic happened and the department I was in is went to and still is remote. Before that the work environment was not positive and extremely stressful on a daily basis. Frontier had a bumpy landing into Connecticut and really not a great reputation. I found myself defending Frontier much more then I wanted to.
