They dehumanized me out of my job after acquisition

Before the acquisition, things were good. I performed well enough to be the go to tech person for every employee including the CEO himself. After the acquisition by Forward, they forced out and laid off many there, including people there for 16+ years
|
They duhumanized me constantly in the form of singling me out for cleaning labor that should have been the work of a janitor. They ordered everyone new chairs and standing desks except for me and then made me build them. They lied to me about how they conserved my PTO and then PIPd me for asking for a raise when they said I would have to take on far more responsibilites. They then instead cut my pay after a year and a half, so I finally just stopped showing up.

There are no pros here in fact there is an open class action suit investing regarding what they put ISPs through. I truly hope they get caught and have to pay back what they have put us through. We have lost everything for this company and have so much on the line ever since starting in August 2023

they will completely waste your time , have you run 17 to 20 hour days , try to force you to rack up claims and trap you then find a reason to never pay you for the 17 to 20 hour DAYS you put in.

Rhey really need to care for the ISP'S, they only care about the MDO and the bonuses should be over $20 to $30 . That's a spit in the face . Work together not against eachother. Stop letting the member run the business. A simple scratch or preexisting damage should never cost 1100! They are playing you. In return you play with the ISP'S lives, making sure they can't hire a team or forever stay in debt.
