Employee Appreciate Week, small community bank, generally nice people to work with, typically understanding management but it depends who you're working for.
|
Will NOT let you work remote unless you have a medical reason OR if you've worked there for 25+ years. They definitely treat the higher tenure people or those who work with specific individuals better than those who are working up tenure. I've been there for 8+ years and they didn't even entertain my completely legitimate request to work my back office, non customer- facing position from home, which is 20 minutes away from the closest branch.

Also, instill a cost-of-living wage increase since inflation has gone up so high. Lastly, give more than a maximum of 4% raise at the time of review. Note: this may have changed and I'm not aware of it.
