Always something to do and something to improve on for my job. Never have to think, what should I do next. Pay is lower than most areas, but they do have better benefits than a lot of others. Executive management is not the greatest on providing clarity for standards for work/life. Gone back and forth after COVID for what standards will be for work status.

I think part of this culture has to do with Glacier's knack for finding and hiring quality people. I love the people I work with!
There is ALWAYS something new to learn! Perhaps it's the nature of banking, and the never ending / always changing stream of regulations. Regardless of the reason, you will not get bored in this industry! I have been with Glacier Bancorp for nearly 18 years, and have very much enjoyed this aspect of my job. It can be challenging at times, but never dull!
There is room to grow with this company. If you are willing to work hard, continue learning, and meet new challenges, there is opportunity for advancement.
