Poor Management Especially In IT The Current CIO Has No Direction Does not communicate with employees. The Head of Applications and development is just as incompetent. Loves Consultants Treats Employees with Disrespect, Is a poor communicator and Does not welcome opinions - if opinions are given they are ignored. Because of the heavy heavy use of consultants Employees are wondering if this is a Kickback situation waiting to unfold.. Seems to be very friendly with these consultants like he has used them before. Another Con project management. untrained people making application decisions when they have no development or IT experience. Creates Development and release issues. A big reason why Projects are late or contains bugs. Morale is at an all time low.
